Arrival day
Participants make their own way to Adelaide, arriving by early afternoon for the 2-hour transfer to the Clare Valley Country Club—a luxury 4-star accommodation nestled in the heart of the Clare Valley wine region. Riders will collect their welcome packs and official ride kit on arrival at the accommodation, before coming together for a welcome dinner at Ragu & Co., one of the region’s top-rated Italian restaurants.

Day 2 - Tuesday 20 October
Hallet to Burra - 85km
Get ready to hit the road, with a morning transfer to Hallet to begin the first 85km leg along the iconic Mawson Trail, winding through rolling hills, historic rural towns, and scenic farmland on the way to Burra.
The route offers a mix of challenging off-road tracks and breathtaking vistas, giving riders a true taste of South Australia’s rugged interior. After the ride, participants return to the Clare Valley Country Club for the night, followed by dinner at Crabtree Winery, a boutique local gem often described as the Clare Valley’s best-kept secret.

Day 3 - Wednesday 21 October
Burra to Riverton - 87km
After a quick 30-minute transfer to Burra, riders begin the second 87km leg along the Mawson Trail, traversing a mix of rugged off-road tracks and farm roads through the picturesque South Australian countryside.
This stage offers both a physical challenge and plenty of scenic highlights, including historic townships and sweeping vistas that showcase the region’s natural beauty. After completing the ride, participants return to the Clare Valley Country Club for overnight accommodation, followed by a relaxed dinner at the hotel to celebrate the day’s achievements.

Day 4 - Thursday 22 October
Riverton to Tununda - 78km
On Thursday 22 October, riders will transfer 30 minutes to Riverton to tackle a demanding 78km stage along the Mawson Trail, navigating rugged off-road tracks, rolling hills, and scenic countryside. This challenging leg rewards participants with stunning vistas and a true sense of outback adventure. After completing the ride, riders will check in to 4-star accommodation in Tanunda, before enjoying dinner at Chateau Tanunda, featuring a contemporary bistro experience paired with exceptional local wines.

Day 5 - Friday 23 October
Tununda to Lobethal - 75km
Riders embark on the penultimate 75km stage from Tanunda to Lobethal, winding through scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and picturesque South Australian countryside. After a day of riding, participants will settle into rustic pub accommodations across Lobethal, Woodside, and Charleston, embracing the charm of the local towns. The evening concludes with dinner at Tilbrook Estate Winery, featuring authentic Spanish cuisine crafted by award-winning chef Juan Gallego, paired with exceptional regional wines.

Day 6 - Saturday 24 October
Lobethal to Adelaide - 40kms
After a big few days of riding, riders will enjoy a leisurely 40km roll from Lobethal into the heart of Adelaide, marking the grand finale of the Outback to Oasis ride. Participants will check in to the Pullman Hotel Adelaide for their final night, before celebrating their incredible journey at Penfolds Magill Estate Winery. The evening features a 5-course set menu with curated wine pairings, exclusive wine tastings, awards for standout riders, and a fundraising auction—all supporting the ARA Endowment Fund.
